Newton's third law

Up Players and Forces Interactions Newton's third law F = ma Net Force

Whenever the player pushes against something, that something pushes back.
with a force of equal magnitude, but pointing in the opposite direction.

His arm pushes the ball towards the right.  The ball pushes his arm towards the left. He slows down the ball and catches it by pushing it
towards the left.
The ball is pushing him towards the right.
He pushes against the ground towards the light.  The ground pushes him forward towards the left.

The harder a player pushes, the harder he is pushed back.

It's the law!

You push on me, I will push on you.  You pull on me, I will pull on you.
You cannot escape it!

So why does one player fall over and the other does not?
